Be aware that the iBuzzPro™ system only works within the continental United States. You can use the system from outside the U.S. to call into the U.S., but not vice versa. The system limits calls to between 9 A.M. and 9 P.M.. 

Though there is no hardware to buy with the system, you will need an Internet connection and computer equipped with web browsing software. To record your custom messages, you'll need either A) a telephone, or B) a microphone and recording software so you can upload your messages. 

Sorting and loading/unloading of call lists can be done with any database program that supports the .csv format (which is all of them, to our knowledge). The most commonly used program is Microsoft Excel™.
